Back to Blogging - Hopefully I can keep it up!

For those that don't know me, they don't know I'm currently struggling with two forms of cancer, both extremely rare and both very difficult to treat although very surivable.  I just had a large tumour removed yesterday from underneath my arm/breast area and I've been told my cancer has spread again so I'm going to distract myself by focusing on some blog posts and keeping busy until more answers come my way.

I managed to make it in to c88 first thing this morning and there were some really great items!  I decided to wear the new Glam Affair skin and the Tableau Vivant hair from the event and went with my favourite clothes for the moment from Blueberry.

Amethyst Dream

The very second I saw this coat I knew I needed it.  I love purple!  I decided because my Second Life bedroom has been decked out in my favourite colour it was a good backdrop for this ruffled coat from Loovus.  I paired it off with matching shoes from Nardcotix and a my owl necklace from the lovely Maxi Gossamar.

Sophisticated Christmas Style

I'm gonna let you in on a secret.. I love Christmas!  I love the lights, I love the food, I love giving gifts, and I love love love dressing appropriately for the season.  When I saw Truth's new group gift hair I knew I had the perfect sweater to wear it with!

I paired it with one of my favourite pencil skirts from Celoe (please for the love of all that's holy, make more things!) and these lovely heels from *YS&YS* available for 70L at the newest round of TDR.  All in all I'm happy girl!

If I don't blog before the holidays (and that's a good possibility) I want to with everyone a happy and lovely Christmas and I hope Santa gives you everything you've ever wanted. <3

Faded Glory

I love this dress from Uber. I feel like an inverted flower!  I also managed to get my hair to match with little bones lovely hud with the bi-colour streaking. It's amazeballs!  Because of how gorgeous and simple the hair and dress were I decided to keep the accessories off and just be very natural and clean.  I think it turned out pretty well.

Pink is an Addiction!

I can't get over how much I love this hair.. and this dress!  If you haven't been to the Uber event yet, you need to go.. especially since you can't get in to the Arcade right now.  (Okay, I totally did, but it took me four hours of trying and I spent SO MUCH MONEY).

I'm seriously loving my face right now, but it's a mix of several different skins to get it exactly how I wanted it.  From the Loulou skin from Essences to the freckles and blush from Izzie's and even The Skinnery brows tinted to match my hair, I've tweaked and moved and adjusted until I'm very very happy with the look.  Don't be afraid to mix it up, you might just like it!
